Bonya is a little beauty who was found on the street together with her mom.

The mom turned out to be a neighbor's spaniel. Her owner, an elderly man, couldn't properly care for the animals or provide medical treatment. I offered help with spaying multiple times, but was refused every time. And here is the result…

Little Bonya was found with a broken paw. What exactly happened — a blow, a fall, or an attack by another dog — we don't know. Just as we don't know what happened to the other puppies. She and her mom were simply surviving as best as they could. Because to the person who was supposed to protect them, they turned out to be unwanted.

But today, this story has a happy continuation. Bonya's mom is already living with a loving family. And finally, our little Bonya has gone home too! ❤️

I really want to live to see the day when people learn to treat animals with empathy. When they stop inflicting pain on those who cannot defend themselves. When they finally become human, rather than demons in human form.

Perhaps the world won't change in a single day. But it changes with every action we take.
